the location is excellent near o'connell street. public transport is easily accessible. the staff were helpful with early check-in requests and handled everything quickly. this allowed me to explore the area more freely.
the entry card reader placement could be clearer.

The room was clean, and the location was great! Breakfast offered many options. The staff members were very friendly and cute.
I found no alarm clock in the room so I had to use my phone! I noticed no fridge either. The main entrance doors need better signs for scanning entry cards.

The entrance was not clearly marked and difficult to find at first. my room lacked a refrigerator. This was inconvenient. street noise was noticeable at night disrupting sleep slightly.
